We are launching a challenge for those of you who are ready to make a change in your health! Many of you have been working out for years and are in great shape, but have hit a plateau or are bored with your workouts, or just looking for something new to shake up your workout. For those of you who are ready to start a workout plan, but don't know where to start, this challenge is for YOU!
We will have three locations where you can participate and doctors at each location to make sure you are getting the results you want and deserve. We will be working on nutrition and exercise to get you in the best shape of your life, if you are just starting or have been at this for years!
We are launching a website soon (www.fitandunfitchallenge.com) with all the details and will be officially starting the challenge on September 8th at our morning workouts! There is no charge for this challenge, but you do have to commit to the full 28 days because we can only take the first 5 people who contact us at each location.
